ST Engineering C-130 Centre of Excellence (COE) is a Lockheed Martin approved C-130 service centre and a one-stop MRO facility that offers a full range of capabilities for Airframe, Engines and Components – all in the same location.
This one-stop shop manages all MRO activities including upgrades and maintenance requirements efficiently by reducing downtime and maximising fleet availability; providing assured Turnaround Time (TAT) and deliver cost-effective solutions to every customer.

Lynden Air Cargo, based in Alaska, sends its aircraft all the way to Singapore for Maintenance and Modifications since 1999. This is a testament to the overall performance, dedication, hard work, honesty, integrity, customer service and “can-do” attitude from ST Engineering.
A Middle-Eastern Air Force has been a satisfied customer for more than 25 years. Their C-130s have been upgraded with a full glass cockpit and continue to receive regular maintenance from

Modernisation and Upgrade
Customers have entrusted their aircraft fleet to the team of experienced engineers at C-130 COE to undertake major turnkey capability upgrades such as the following:
- An upgraded integrated Avionics Suite that meets Communication, Navigation and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements for worldwide deployment.

T56 Engine Upgrade, Repair and Overhaul

As a Rolls-Royce T56 Authorised Maintenance Centre (AMC) and Federal Aviation administration (FAA) approved shop, ST Engineering offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for the Rolls-Royce T56/501-D engines. With a strong track record of more than 1,200 engines re-delivered since 1983, all customers receive consistent high quality services that are in accordance with international airworthiness standards and ISO 9001 Quality Management.
Extensive MRO solutions for Rolls-Royce T56/501-D engines include:
- Engine repair supported by an in-house accessories shop to supply more than 95% of T56/501-D engine parts.
- Full testing service for engine (with or without Quick Engine Change, QEC) and gearbox to complement suite of MRO support solutions.
- Engine field service support and a suite of T56/501-D engine upgrade and conversion programmes to meet customer’s specific requirements. This includes engine upgrades for T56-A-7B to T56-A-15 models for better reliability and longer time-on-wing.
